The 2016-17 Women's Basketball Team will go down as one of the most dominant teams in CBU history after finishing the regular season with an undefeated conference record of 20-0 in the PacWest. The team would go on to not only win the Regular Season Title but also win the PacWest Tournament and later win the West Region. During the historic run, the women's team won their conference games by an average of 23.1 points per game and held a 32-game winning streak. The season would conclude by reaching the NCAA DII Tournament semifinals, the furthest the program had reached in history.
