TICKET INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in California Baptist University Athletics. The Lancers are proud members of NCAA Division I and the Western Athletic Conference.
ADMISSION POLICY
CBU Athletics charges admission ("Ticketed Events") for the following five (5) sports: Women's Volleyball, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Baseball, and Softball. There will also be charged admission for select community wide, CBU events, and theater arts events.
For non-CBU Event Center events, all patrons age 3 and older must have a valid ticket for admission. Admission for children 2 and under is free for non-CBU Event Center General Admission Seating. For theater arts events, all patrons, regardless of age must purchase a ticket.
For all non-ticketed events (golf, cross country, cheerleading, water polo, swim/dive, and wrestling), admission is free for anyone to attend, unless otherwise specified.
The CBU Box Office reserves the right to deem any non-ticketed event as a "special event" in which case purchasing tickets for admission may be required and customers will be notified in advance.
BAG INSPECTION
CBU reserves the right to inspect any bag or other totes as a deterrent to weapons, alcohol, and other prohibited items.
ENTRY AND RE-ENTRY
Events Center doors will open 60 minutes prior to scheduled game time, unless otherwise published. Guests exiting the event and wishing to re-enter must have their original ticket stub and hand stamped prior to exit. Guests exiting the event without their ticket stub or hand stamped may not be allowed to re-enter without the purchase of a new ticket. Exception to the No Re-Entry Rule may be made for urgent medical needs.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Cameras are prohibited for personal use in the Events Center, but only photographers credentialed by CBU for each game are allowed to shoot with professional equipment. Photography for commercial use is prohibited.
TICKETING AGE
All persons age 2 and older must present a ticket for admission to the stadium.
SOLICITATION
CBU does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, and distribution of fliers of other promotional/advertising materials.
VIDEO CAMERAS FOR BROADCAST
Video camera used for broadcast, including via social media, are not permitted in the Events Center. CBU Athletics is obligated to protect the television and digital rights granted by the university or conference to television and other media by prohibiting video cameras, except for us by credentialed working media.
UNACCOMPANIED MINOR POLICY
Any minor 12 or under must be accompanied by a teenager or adult in order to be granted admission into a CBU event. Admission is granted at the discretion of CBU Ticket Management.

PROMOTIONS
Throughout the year there are special yearlong and time sensitive online, walk up and ticket promotions for all CBU Athletic events. In order to provide the best service possible to all of our customers, deadline dates listed on applications, promotions, etc. are absolute and final. Customers who miss the deadline dates are subject to loss of seating, price increases, etc.
CBU STUDENT TICKETS
Current CBU Students, in good standing with the university, possessing an active Student ID are entitled to receive a free General Admission ticket for themselves to any regular season home CBU Athletic event for all ticketed sports. For certain events Student's may be required to reserve their tickets in advance of game.
CBU FACULTY AND STAFF TICKETS
CBU Faculty or Staff members possessing an active Staff ID are entitled to receive a free General Admission ticket for themselves and up to (4) guests any regular season home CBU Athletic event. Tickets are subject to availability. Basketball guest tickets will be located in the Faculty/Staff Complimentary section, starting in the 2017-2018 season. For certain events faculty and staff members may be required to reserve their tickets in advance of game.
DELIVERY METHODS:
WILL CALL: Will Call is defined as tickets left by the Athletic Department, tickets purchased online or via phone orders that were not delivered. The CBU Box Office will not accept third party Will Call. Will Call is generally available during regular business hours at the CBU Box Office. Guests must present a photo ID to pick up tickets. Tickets must be under the name of the person who will pick them up. If there is a need to change the Will Call name, the guest must contact Will Call prior to game day at 877-456-LANCER or Email The Box Office.

PRINT AT HOME: An electronic ticket or e-ticket that is emailed to you, usually within minutes of the purchase, as a PDF attachment to the email confirmation. Simply print out the PDF, bring the pages with you to the event, and they will scan the barcode to grant you entry. Print at home tickets are used in the exact same way traditional tickets are, except they are printed by you instead of onto ticket stock.
MOBILE TICKETING: A mobile ticket is delivered directly to your smart phone within minutes of purchase. The mobile ticket can be directly scanned from your phone at the CBU Box Office gate entrance. No paper or printing of tickets is required with mobile ticketing. *Note: Mobile ticketing can only be requested through online orders.
MAILING TICKETS: The CBU Box Office does not mail any tickets ordered. Under special circumstances (at the discretion of the CBU Box Office) exceptions may be made. (mailing/shipping fees will apply).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The ticket office will open one hour before the scheduled starting time. Please note that for sports that offer back-to-back events (i.e. men's and women's basketball), one ticket is needed for entrance to both games.
When do the gates open for entrance into a game?
Gates also open one hour before a game begins. Once you have a ticket for admission, you may enter the gates.
