Aaron Steiger set some records that will be hard for any California Baptist University Men's Water Polo player to ever break. The driver scored 400 goals in his career to lead the runner-up in that category by 97, while his 334 steals are 37 more than any other Lancer. The 2010 graduate also ranks second for games with a goal, assist and steal at 42 and his 110 multi-goal and 89 multi-steal games are both program-bests. Steiger was voted a three-time AWPCA All-American and earned a total of seven All-Academic honors in his career.
It's a similar story in the single-season rankings, as he ranks first and second in goals, steals and multi-goal games in a single season and also holds the record for multi-steal games. Steiger set a records for consecutive games with a goal and steal at 38 and 31, respectively. When it comes to single-game records, he is well-represented there, as well. He forced a single-game record 10 steals in one game and ranks third in goals scored in a single game, as he scored seven times in two games.
