Hannah is a two-time Division II Player of the Year and a four time All-American. In 2016 she earned Gold Coast Conference Player of the Year honors, earning three all-conference awards in total. Evans graduated as the program's top goal scorer with 372 in 2016. Hannah is listed in the CBU women's water polo record book 70 times holding multiple single game, single season, and career records. Tops among those accolades are her 422 points and 372 goals, both of which are the most in program history. After graduation, Hannah committed to play professionally overseas by signing with the UNSW Wests in Syndey Australia.
Hannah was also a highly talented swimmer, earning a pair of All-American honors while also being part of a fifth-place NCAA Championship team in the 400-medley relay in 2017. She remains in the programs top-10 all-time records for the 50 and 100-yard freestyle races.
