Joseph Moorman
- Induction:
- 2024
- Class:
- 2016
If it existed, Joseph Moorman would be the first head to appear on the CBU men's water polo Mount Rushmore. His four years at CBU resulted in three NCAA All-American honors, two WWPA All-Conference first team goalkeeper awards, two WWPA All-Tournament honors, and a CoSIDA Academica All-American nod. He remains on top of the Lancer all-time record book with an untouchable record of 1,914 career saves, nearly 800 more than second place. He also owns three of the four highest single-season save totals, including the highest single-season total in CBU history with 430 stops in 2016. Moorman ranks in the top-five of every major statistical category for goalkeepers in both career and single-season lists, and truly showed off in 2014 by leading the team in steals that season with 65.
