Milton Browne ran track and field at California Baptist University in 1996-1999. He was inducted into the Lancers Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008. He was a member of the 1999 NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championship team and graduated holding 11 CBU records, including the 4 x 400 and 4 x 800 relays. He still holds three Lancer records to this day in the 400, 600 and 800 meters. He is a five-time NAIA national champion, a seven-time NAIA All-American.
