The Lancers attacked at a season best clip for much of the night en route to the 25-16, 25-16, 25-16 win.
"This was a complete team performance tonight," said CBU Head Coach Branden Higa. "We've been working hard in practice and it translated to a great performance on the court. Everybody contributed in this one and did exactly what we wanted from them."
After starting with the 7-0 lead in the first set, CBU never let Dominican get closer than four points. CBU committed just one error in the game, hitting .481.
The second set was more of the same as the Lancers jumped ahead 7-1 and never let the Penguins back in it.
The Lancers waited until mid-way through the third to take charge, going on a 10-2 run to take a commanding 23-12 lead.
CBU committed a total of five errors, hitting .424 in the match. Both totals were season bests for the team.
Ingrid Carmona led the Lancers with 16 kills on the night, hitting a match best .571 on her 28 attempts. Carmona is now just six kills from breaking the program's career kills record.
Malika O'Brien posted 13 kills and Faith Steinwedell had 10 for CBU. Jordyn Siko tallied 36 assists in the three set match and Carmona also led the team with 10 digs.
Dominican totaled 18 errors in the match, hitting just .031. Jessica Jones had 10 kills.
The Lancers move to 18-7 overall, 11-4 PacWest, while the Penguins fall to 6-17, 4-11.
CBU finishes the regular season Saturday with a match against Holy Names.
