RIVERSIDE --- The College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released its 2013 NCAA Division II Scholar All-America Team list and both the California Baptist University men and women were honored.
The award was given to collegiate swimming and diving teams with at least a 3.0 GPA or better, honoring 55 teams on the women's side and 33 on the men's side.
The CBU women posted the eighth best GPA in Division II with a cumulative 3.50. The men's squad made the cut with a 3.0 GPA.
Both programs finished out their final seasons of PCSC competition in the pool last year, with the men finishing second and the women finishing fourth at the conference meet.
The 2013 CSCAA Scholar All-America Team award is supported by Nike.
