RIVERSIDE--- The 2024 Outdoor season officially opened for California Baptist University as they competed in the RCC Invite on Friday evening.
The team officially competed in four events on the day, beginning with men's and women's 3K and concluding with the men's and women's 8K. CBU had all four of the top runners in both women's races and finished with four of the top five runners in the men's 8K.
The day began with the women's 3K, with seven Lancer runners competing. CBU put together a strong, well-paced race, earning the top four spots in the race and five runners in the top eight finishers.
