RIVERSIDE – CBU cross country has announced a schedule change, as the Lancers will no longer travel to Texas on Oct. 16 for the Arturo Barrios Invitational. Instead, CBU will travel to Terre Haute, Indiana, to compete in the 2026 Under Armour Pre-National Invitational.
The team announced Thursday morning that it would cancel its trip to Texas and make the trip to Indiana instead. The change will give the Lancers an opportunity to compete against a strong national field as they continue positioning themselves for a potential spot at the NCAA Championships in November.
Â
The Lancers will maintain the same competition routine and send a select group of men and women to Indiana, while the rest of the team will compete at the Highlander Invitational the following day on Oct. 17.
