Biography
2015-16
- Named the PacWest Player of the Year and PacWest Tournament MVP
- Earned All-PacWest, All-West Region and All-American honors
- Led the team and conference with 21.4 points per game, which ranked 36th in all of Division II, and boasted a 57.8 shooting percentage, also sitting 36th in the division
- Scored in double figures in all but two games, finishing the year on a 12-game, double-digit scoring spree
- Also averaged 6.6 rebounds per game to rank second on the team
- Scored 20 points or more in 17 of the Lancers' 30 games
- Scored a career-high 33 points on back-to-back nights in the conference tournament, becoming the first player to score 30 or more points two games in a row
- Hit the elusive 1,000-career point mark on one of those career nights, helping the Lancers pick up an 85-77 victory over the Vulcans
- Was one of the 25 finalists for the Small College Basketball Bevo Francis Award
- Named to the PacWest All-Academic Team
2014-15
- Appeared in all 33 games for the Lancers, making 23 starts
- Was fourth on the team in scoring, averaging 11.3 points per game, and second on the team in rebounds, averaging 5.6 boards per game
- Dished out 1.1 assists per game
- Ranked 14th in the PacWest in rebounding
- Scored a career-high 26 points in a 99-84 victory over Hawaii Pacific (March 5, 2015)
- Was named to the PacWest All-Academic team
2013-14
- Played in every game as a true freshman, starting all but one
- Helped lead the Lancers to first-ever PacWest Championship and first-ever NCAA Division II National Championship appearance, along with a program-best win streak and start by opening the 2013-14 season 16-0
- Finished his collegiate debut with an 8.4 points per game average
- Led the team with a 81.4 free throw shooting percent
HIGH SCHOOL
- Prepped three varsity seasons at El Camino High in San Francisco, Calif., graduating in 2013
- Was named Player of the Year for the San Mateo County his senior year
- Earned MVP of the PAL
- Made the 2nd team All-State his senior season
- Had a 23.3 points per game scoring average
- Made 1st team All-League and All-Peninsula his junior year
- Earned Honorable Mention as a junior
