2018-19
Was a member of three 200-medley relay teams that won events (Malibu Invite, Pomona-Pitzer, Cal State Bakersfield) ... also swam for the 500-medley relay team that won against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and took four third-place finishes in the 100 breast (UNLV, Cal State Bakersfield, Grand Canyon/Wyoming, UC San Diego) ... competed at the WAC Championships in the 100 breast and the 200-medley relay.

2017-18
Earned All-RMAC honors with runner-up finishes in the 200 breast (2:19.78), 200-medley (1:44.41) and 400-medley (3:47.25) relays at the conference championships... Also finished sixth in the 100 breast (1:04.96) and 11th in the 400-free relay and 13th in the 200 free (1:55.41)... Placed 17th in the 400-medley relay (3:47.61) at the NCAA Division II Championships... Won the 100-yard breast (1:07.37) against Bakersfield and the 400-free relay (3:37.83) versus Pomona-Pitzer.

2016-17
Redshirted her junior season.

2015-16
Earned two NCAA Division II All-American honorable mention with ninth and 16th-place finishes in the 400-medley (3:47.29) and 400-free relays (3:28.92), respectively... Finished 17th in 200-free relay (1:36.75) at NCAA Division II Championships... Placed second in 400-free relay (3:28.37) and third in the 100 breast (1:03.92) at RMAC Championships... Also, took fourth in 200-breast (2:21.27) sixth in the 200-back (52.62) in conference... Posted second-best 100 (1:03.82) and 200 breast times (2:20.07) in CBU history... Earned RMAC All-Academic Award.

2014-15
Swam in six individual events for CBU... Notched two All-American awards in 400-yard freestyle (3:23.17, seventh) and 800-free relay (7:41.40, 13th) at NCAA Division II Championships... Claimed two titles (400-yard freestyle, 400-medley relays) and one more all-conference mark (200 breast) at RMAC Championships... Part of 800-free relay team that set altitude-adjusted program record (7:32.12) at conference championships.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped four varsity seasons at Granite Hills High School in Apple Valley, Calif., graduating in 2014... Captained team for one year... Named Most Improved in water polo freshmen season... Received Most Valuable Player in swim sophomore, junior and senior season.

PERSONAL
Born on August 14, 1996 in Bishop, Calif., to Kevin and Cindi Smallwood... Has three sisters and one brother... Majoring in Biomedical Engineering... Hobbies include hiking and surfing.
