2019-20
Swam relays, freestyle and backstroke events as a sophomore... Set career bests in 50 (24.44), 100 (52.81) and 200-yard freestyles (1:56.92)... Placed fifth in 800-free relay (7:48.37) and sixth in 400-free relay (3:31.05) at UNLV Invite.

2018-19
Added depth in CBU's backstroke events as a true freshman... Took second in the 100 (59.70) and 200 back (2:13.06) in a dual versus Pomona-Pitzer... Swam on the runner-up 400-free relay team (3:40.64) in a dual at UNLV... Took fourth in the 400-free relay (3:40.01) at CSU Bakersfield and in the 200-medley relay (1:51.19) in a meet with Air Force and Pepperdine... Named Academic All-WAC.

HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Centennial High in Corona, Calif., where she graduated in 2018... Voted MVP three times with the Huskies... Served as team captain as a junior and senior... Set a record in the 50 freestyle... Swam club with Fusion Aquatics.

PERSONAL
Born and raised in Corona, Calif... Daughter of Steven and Jennifer Nelson... Has two siblings, Jamie and Jessie... Enjoys working out, scuba diving and watching movies... Pre-nursing major... Lists Philippians 4:13 as her favorite Bible verse... Plans to get a job at a hospital in Texas after graduation.
