2019 TRACK
Competed in four races during true freshman season, including the 1,500m and 3,000m ... posted a season-best 4:51.82 in the 1,500m at the UC-Riverside Spring Track Classic for a 21st place finish, and a 14th place finish in the 3,000m at the Pomona-Pitzer Collegiate All-Comers with a 10:30.63.
2018 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in all five races during her true freshman season... Her best run came at the UCR Invitational when she ran the 6K in 20:38.3... Competed at the WAC Championship and finished 17th with a 6K time of 21:32.7.
HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Aliwal North High in South Africa... Served as team captain for the cross country team... Made Nationals in 2017 in the 3000 meter steeplechase and 5K.

Born in Bloemfontein, South Africa... Parents are Lizanne Herselman and Anthony Orrock... Has two siblings, William and Anthony... Majoring in kinesiology and exercise science... Enjoys reading, hiking, painting and drawing... Aspires to be a professional athlete after graduation and wants to run her own physiotherapist business.
