How Do I Purchase Seats?
Season Tickets Can Be Purchased Online or by calling the CBU Box Office at 877-456-LANCER when they do become available
Both online and by phone, customers will be able to select their preferable seat based on availability
Is Full Payment Due at Time of Purchase?
CBU fans have two payment options. They may pay in full at time of purchase, or pay 50% at time of purchase and be charged the other 50% automatically on July 31, 2017.
Which Seats Require a Donation?
Floor Seats: $500/Seat
Gold Level Season Tickets: $250/ Seat
All other season tickets do not require a donation, but for an additional $250 you can become an LAA member and receive LAA Season Ticket Holder Benefits
Are Both Women's and Men's Season Tickets Included in our Season Ticket Package?
Yes, both are included. You will be receiving up to 40 CBU Basketball Games with your season ticket package!
When Will I Be Receiving My Season Tickets?
Season Tickets will be delivered in the Summer of 2017
At What Age Will Children Require Tickets at the CBU Event Center?
Children 3 and older will require tickets into the CBU Event Center. Additionally because seating is assigned, children under 3 who will be needing a seat and not sitting on their guardians lap, must purchase a ticket.
What Happens If I Lose or Misplace My Season Tickets?
For season ticket holders, tickets may be reprinted night of game, free of charge. For non-CBU Season Ticket Holders, there will be a charge of $2.00/ ticket reprint.
What Happens If I Cannot Attend a Game?
Season Ticket Holders who are unable to make one of their games can forward their tickets to friends or family by calling the CBU Box Office 24 hours in advance of the game.
