CBU Soccer Stadium A-Z Facility Guide
ADA ACCOMMODATIONS: Grass seating available at the CBU Soccer Stadium for wheelchair and ADA Seating.
ADMISSION: All CBU Soccer games require a ticket for admission. Ticket prices are:
Adults- $10
Youth/Senior/Military- $7
CBU Faculty/Staff/Students - Free
Student Guest Tickets- $7
ALCOHOL/TOBACCO: CBU is a tobacco and alcohol-free campus; no smoking, vaping or drinking is permitted. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the field.
ANIMALS: Animals are not permitted on University property. Service animals specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome. No other animals, including pets, therapy animals, or emotional support animals, are allowed.
ATM: There are no ATMs located at the CBU Soccer Stadium or Lancer Outdoor Athletic Complex. General patrons can find ATMs within the Yeager Center in the Student Services Wing. See campus map (CBU Campus Map) for the location of the Yeager Center.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS: A baby changing table can be found in both the Men's & Women's restrooms along Carney Lane.
BAGS/BACKPACKS: Bags and backpacks are permitted inside the facility. All bags are subject to search before entering the CBU Soccer Stadium.
BIKE PARKING: Bike parking is available between the Van Dyne Gym and Athletic Training Building.
CAMERAS: Handheld still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras are permitted into the stadium with a lens longer than five (5) inches. Video cameras are prohibited from filming the game.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions are available near the seating grandstands.
CONDUCT: CBU Athletics expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition. We expect all fans to treat other fans, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at the CBU Soccer Stadium by not:
- Interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game;
- Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures;
- Appearing to be intoxicated or in a diminished capacity;
- Failing to produce a ticket upon request;
- Entering the competition or restricted access areas;
- Smoking;
- Throwing objects onto the competition area or within the venue; or
- Otherwise being disorderly.
CREDIT CARDS: CBU ticketing and concessions gladly accepts all forms of major credit cards for your convenience.
EMERGENCIES:
- During any emergency inside the CBU Soccer Field, follow the directions of the PA announcer, Event Staff and emergency responders.
- Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the facility to meet friends and family in case you are separated or in the event of an emergency.
- See Something, Say Something – If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest event staff member.
- Emergency vehicles may be present in and around the CBU Soccer Field. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of a fire truck or emergency vehicle or interfere with their operations. Vehicles or objects (tents, tables, tailgate games, etc.) blocking emergency vehicles, designated fire lanes, stadium exits or exit paths, or vehicle/pedestrian traffic in general will be removed and dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by facility officials. Vehicles are subject to be towed at the owner's expense.
- Monitor weather prior to the game. Take the necessary precautions to protect you, your family and friends in the event of severe heat or severe weather before, during or after the game. In the event of inclement weather during the game, please be prepared to evacuate the field and return to your car.
FIRST AID/EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Guests needing first aid or medical assistance should contact the nearest event staff member. In case of emergency, please dial 911.

ENTRY SCREENING: Guests may be subject to screening upon entry to the CBU Soccer Field. General patrons are subject to inspection for security purposes. Please check the prohibited item list below for all non-permitted items to the CBU Soccer Field.
FIRST AID: If you are in need of first aid, please contact an event staff member immediately so they may assist you.
GATES OPEN: Gates open one hour prior to game time.
GUEST SERVICES: If you are in need of assistance or information, please find the nearest event staff member.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
- In the event that the field needs to be evacuated, the PA Announcer will notify all spectators. All spectators will be asked to clear the field as quickly as possible.
- The safest location for spectators to go is in a hard-topped vehicle with the windows up. In the absence of a vehicle, CBU Event Management Staff will direct spectators to a safe location. The field will remain closed until the storm is clear of CBU Soccer Stadium. Resumption of play will only occur once an all clear has been given and conditions are deemed safe after consultation between the game Officials and CBU Event Management.
LOST CHILD: In the event of a lost child or guest, please report the situation to the nearest event staff member as soon as possible. If a child or patron has been deemed lost by a guardian or fellow patron they should report the situation to an event staff member as soon as possible.
MERCHANDISE: Please visit the official online store at cbugear.com. A pop-up store will be available on-site at select games.
PARKING: Free parking for soccer games is available on campus.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Please note that CBU Athletics and CBU are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
PLAYER GUEST PASS LIST: The player/guest pass list is located at the East Ticketing Booth.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: The following items are prohibited from entering the CBU Soccer Stadium:
- Alcohol & Illegal Drugs
- Animals (Service animals welcome)
- Cameras with lenses >5"
- Coolers and containers *Subject to search
- Cans, Glass or Metal Containers
- Confetti or Glitter
- Fireworks, Flares or any Explosives
- Laser Pointers
- Remote Controlled Aircrafts (Drones)
- Signs, Banners, Flags that obstructs view or contains inappropriate language.
- Weapons of any kind
- Anything deemed hazardous or unsafe by event personnel
RE-ENTRY: Re-entry is NOT permitted at the CBU Soccer Stadium unless there is a doubleheader or CBU is hosting a tournament. Fans must have their ticket to be admitted for re-entry. All items are subject to search upon re-entry to the stadium.
RESTROOMS: Restrooms are available along Carney Lane between the bleachers at the baseball field and the walkway to the CBU Soccer Stadium.
SEATING: Bleachers are located on the North Sideline and East Endline. Chairs and umbrellas are allowed at the field. Only authorized personnel is allowed past the designated areas.
SIGNS/BANNERS: Signs and banners are permitted within the CBU Soccer Stadium, however CBU reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other guests, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.
SKATEBOARDS/LONGBOARD/HOVERBOARDS: Skateboards, longboards, hover boards and other transportation items are permitted inside the CBU Soccer Stadium as long as they are out of public walkways.
SMOKING: Smoking, including vaping, are not permitted on CBU campus.

STUDENT & FACULTY/STAFF TICKETS: CBU students & faculty/staff receive complimentary tickets with presentation of a valid ID. TICKETS: Tickets may be purchased at CBULancers.com/tickets or at the East Ticketing Gate for admission to the CBU Soccer Field starting one (1) hour prior to game time. For inquiries about single game tickets, season tickets, group tickets, or any other questions pertaining to CBU Tickets, please call (877) 456-LANCER. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also purchase tickets anytime by visiting cbulancers.com.. Adult tickets are $10, youth/senior/military are $7, and CBU students/faculty/staff receive complimentary tickets with a valid ID. Complimentary tickets for students & faculty/staff are subject to availability. Student guest tickets are available for $7.
UMBRELLAS: Visitors are encouraged to bring Umbrellas and E-Z UPs for personal shade as long as they do not block the view/sightlines of spectators.
WATER FOUNTAINS: There are two water fountains located between the Men's and Women's restrooms on Carney Lane.
