Ran in just one race during the shortened season due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Won the 3K race at the RCC Invitational in a time of 9:35.58... It was fast enough to notch the fastest mark in program history... Qualified for WAC All-Academic Team.
2019 Cross Country
Won the WAC Championship for a second straight year in a time of 21:18.0 to be named the Conference Runner of the Year and make the All-WAC first team... Competed in four races during her senior season... Her fastest 6K time came at the 39th Annual UCR Invitational when she ran a 20:55.0... Named WAC Runner of the Week for the week of Oct. 1st... Earned WAC All-Academic honors.

2019 Track
Secured All-WAC honors twice at the WAC Championships... Took third place in the 10K for All-WAC First Team honors (36:45.47)... Finished fifth in the 5K (18:11.76) for All-WAC Second Team distinction... Competed in 10 races during her junior season, including eight top-10 finishes, five top-five finishes and three consecutive first-place finishes... Posted the season's fastest 5K and 10K times among WAC runners... Set school records in the 3K (9:37.89) at the Collegiate All-Comers Meet and 10K (34:06.91) at the Stanford Invite... Posted the second and third fastest 5K times in school history... Also represented CBU at the WAC Championships in the 5,000 and finished fifth with an 18:11.76... Named Academic All-WAC.

Her fastest 6K time came at the UCR Invitational when she ran a 20:19.8... Named WAC Runner of the Week for her performance at the UCR Invitational... Earned WAC All-Academic honors.

Secured an All-PacWest and third-place finish in the 5K (17:33.10) at the PacWest Championhsips... Recorded top-10 times in CBU history in the 1500m (4:29.91) and 3K (9:53.07)... Named PacWest All-Academic.
2017 Cross Country
Helped the Lancers grab their fourth-straight PacWest Cross Country Championship... Also helped CBU grab its highest team finish with a third-place at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships... Earned All-PacWest First Team honors... Finished in second place at the 6K PacWest Championships and 4K Lancer Invite... Took second overall at the 6K NCAA Division II West Regional Meet, with a career-best time of 21:04.5... Finished 18th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships.

Named PacWest Freshman of the Year... Won the PacWest title in the 5K with a career-best time of 17:09.75... Qualified for the NCAA Division II Track Championship Meet in the 3K steeplechase... Took ninth in the steeplechase at the NCAA D-II Championhsips (10:27.11) for All-American Second Team recognition... Set a new CBU record in the steeplechase at the Oxy Invitational (10:23.58)... Grabbed All-PacWest and USTFCCCA Academic honors.
2016 Cross Country
Won the PacWest Cross Country Individual Championship with a time of 23:08.4 to grab All-PacWest First Team honors... Was named the PacWest Cross Country Runner and Freshman of the Year, as well as the PacWest Track Freshman of the Year... Helped CBU win its third-straight conference championship and take ninth as a team at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship... Grabbed All-PacWest and USTFCCCA Academic honors.
