2021-22

2022 Track
Ran in five meets on the season... Placed 10th in the 10,000 meter (35:03.55) and 22nd in the 5K (17:37.90) at the WAC Championships... Clocked two top-10 times in CBU history in the 10K at the Bryan Clay Invite (34:44.86, fourth) and WAC Championships (35:03.55, ninth)... Logged career-best times of 10:04.61 in the 3K at the RCC Invite and 16:58.68 in the 5K at the West Coast Relays. 

2021 Cross Country
Ran in four meets on the season... Finished runner-up in the UC Riverside Invitational Open with a 5K time of 17:48.9, which ranked 13th in CBU history... Took 16th at the Anteater Open to open the season in 14:55.3 (4K)... Also ran at the Joe Piane Invitational (35th, 18:13.3) and Florida State Invite/NCAA Pre-Nationals (22:02.2).

 

2020-21

2021 Track
Ran at the UC Riverside Distance Invite and WAC Championships... Clocked a season-best time of 18:13.66 in the 5K at the WAC Championships... Took ninth in the 10K (39:08.07) and 12th in the 5K at the WAC Championships. 

2020 Cross Country
Made her one appearance at the WAC Championships... Secured All-WAC First Team honors when she took ninth place at the conference meet in 21:51.90.

2019-20

2020 Track
Competed at the RCC Invitational in the shortened season due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Took sixth in the 3K with a time of 10:40.87. 

2019 Cross Country
Ran in four meets in her true freshman season... Placed 55th at the Arturo Barrios Invitational, with a time of 21:52.5... Took 16th at the UC Riverside Invitational with a 5K time in 18:26.8... Clocked a 23:50.2 at the Roy Griak Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL

Graduated from Chaparral High in Temecula, Calif., in 2019... Was a four-year letter winner and two-year captain at Chaparral... Holds the two-mile record for the Pumas... Owns personal bests of 10:53 in the 3,200 meter and 17:07 in the three mile.

PERSONAL

Daughter of Jodie Farrell and Kyle Lich... Has five siblings: Kayla, Connor, Collin, James and Kahaia... Born in Hemet and raised in Temecula, Calif... Majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in psychology... Plans to become a trainer and sports physiologist after graduation... Enjoys running, playing instruments, hiking and any outdoor activities... Her favorite Bible verse is Luke 6:31.
