Prepped at Kamehameha Schools... Became a starter on the water polo team during her sophomore season... Played on three Big Island Interscholastic Federation title-winning teams... Named player of the year in B.I.I.F. League as a senior... Also ran cross country as a freshman and swam every season... Qualified for state and posted top-three finishes during sophomore, junior and senior seasons as a swimmer.

Daughter of Bruce and Justine Carter... Born in Glendale, Ariz. and raised in Hilo, Hawaii... Has three siblings: Jeremy, Chris, and Kailau... Majoring in actuarial science... Enjoys going to the beach, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends.
