Andrew Reina joined California Baptist University Athletics as the Assistant Director of Athletic Marketing and Fan Engagement in August 2022.

Previously, Reina worked in UC Irvine's Athletics Department as a partnership services coordinator, handling all corporate sponsors for the department in 2022. He also served on the Anaheim Ducks' event crew in the 2021-22 season.

Reina held the position of marketing and media coordinator at Cal Lutheran Athletics, where he was also in charge of the student section and fan engagement, from 2018-20. He also worked as the marketing coordinator for the Palm Springs Power of the Elite Collegiate Baseball League for the 2021 season.

Reina attended CBU and was a member of the men's volleyball team during the 2017 season. He went on to transfer and play volleyball for Cal Lutheran and was selected to the D3 National Volleyball Team in 2019, representing the USA in Brazil. He graduated from Cal Lutheran with a degree in communications and minor in multimedia in 2020.
