David Parker joined the California Baptist University Women's Soccer staff in March of 2025 as an Assistant Coach.
Parker first oversaw Birmingham City Women FC from 2011 to 2017. Under his leadership, the team was ranked for 3 consecutive seasons number one British side squad in Europe. Parker's other accolades include winning Women's Super League Coach of the Year, reaching the UEFA Champions League semi-final, and winning the Women's FA Cup. Parker twice finished as runner-up in the league to Arsenal in the WSL.
Parker's education includes a bachelor's in Business and Finance from the University of Birmingham along with a Professional Studies degree from the University of Liverpool. Parker also has a Master's in Global Sports Directorship along with a UEFA 'A' License and a diploma in Football Psychology.
