Kayla serves as the Administrative Assistant for the California Baptist University Athletics Ticket Office, where she provides administrative support and helps deliver a welcoming experience for Lancer fans and guests. She brings more than 13 years of customer service and leadership experience from Starbucks, where she developed a passion for organization, relationship-building, and serving others.
A follower of Christ, Kayla is grateful to be part of the CBU community and values the opportunity to support an institution that integrates faith and excellence. Outside of work, she owns a photography business, volunteers as a youth leader at her church, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children.
