Tyrone Martin joined the California Baptist University Women's Soccer Staff in 2023 as an Assistant Coach
Prior to CBU, Martin was an assistant coach at the men's semi-pro level with Southern California Seahorses soccer club. He also worked at the NAIA level with the Westcliff University Women's soccer team. His job required recruitment, pre-game scouting, and training his players.Â
Martin played NCAA D1 soccer for San Diego State University for 3 years and attended NAIA Indiana Wesleyan University for 2 years before playing semi-pro with the Seahorses. While in college, he was a top 100 Freshman in the nation, Conference player of the year, and NAIA First Team All-American.
