An all-around performance from Roy Powell helped California Baptist University men's volleyball defeat UC San Diego in La Jolla for the first time since 2008. The Lancers hit .355 as a team in the match, led by Powell's 21 kills on a .410 percentage. With nine digs, he fell just shy of a double-double but also contributed three service aces, three blocks and three assists.
