MEN'S SOCCER BEATS CHRISTIAN HERITAGE, 3-1

EL CAJON, Calif. (Saturday, Oct. 2, 2004) -- The CBU men's soccer scored a season-high three goals and won at Christian Heritage, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon.
After the Lancers fell behind 1-0, Brian Cavazos evened the game up in the 30th minute off an assist from Amechi Nwaohia. CBU got the game-winner from Keishawn Cordier in the 69th minute and an insurance goal in the 89th minute by Ramy Makar off an assist from Daniel Graff.
The Lancers (3-3-1 overall, 1-1 GSAC) next play at Hope International on Wednesday (Oct. 6) at 3 p.m.
