CBU jumped out to an 18-2 lead and with just under 12 minutes to play the Lancers led by 22. It would only get worse for the Silverswords from there.

The 44 points scored by Chaminade were a season low against the Lancers.

CBU now sits alone in first place in the conference. Grand Canyon and Academy of Art are still tied in the loss column with the Lancers.
The win also marks a milestone for Head Coach John Marcum, tying him for second in CBU's all-time coaching wins list. Marcum ties Danelle Bishop and Steve Sain with 46 wins in his career. Marcum has coached just under two seasons for CBU, while Bishop and Sain headed the Lancer program for three years each.
Marcum is 46-12 since taking over the program last season.
