RIVERSIDE, Calif. -- California Baptist University's Athletic Department announced a number of new corporate partnerships on Thursday.
Headlining the list of new athletics corporate partners is Wing Stop. The Garland, Texas based chain with 900 stores nationwide will serve as the official wings of the Lancers. CBU Athletics also added Juice It Up!, Glo Golf, Magnolia Heating and Cooling, along with Freshii, a chain of over 300 casual, health-conscious restaurants to the growing roster of corporate partners.
"We are thrilled to add such terrific partners," Associate Athletic Director for External and Media Relations Micah Fuller said. "In each of our meetings with our partners, we stressed that we want to provide tangible ROI to drive business beyond traditional sponsorship."
Wing Stop becomes the sixth Cornerstone Partner for the new 5,050 seat CBU Events Center and will activate across multiple channels within CBU's campus of nearly 10,000 students.
"As we move to Division I and the Western Athletic Conference next year, all of our sponsors are enjoying the benefits of partnering with CBU athletics and connecting with our students, fans and alumni," Fuller said. "We couldn't have asked for a better line up of business partners."
