Lancers Record Historic Night Over Warriors

RIVERSIDE --- California Baptist University stormed past the Westcliff Warriors on Thursday night, as the Lancers recorded their largest margin of victory in the NCAA Division I era in the 107-45 victory.
With the win over the Warriors, the Lancers improve to 18-7 on the season. The win also gave head coach Rick Croy his 100th home win during his seven seasons at the helm. Coach Croy entered Thursday's game at No. 6 on the NCAA men's basketball active win percentage leaders at .764 and boasts a 165-51 overall record (100-19 at home). Croy needs three more wins to move into No. 3 all-time among men's basketball coaches at CBU for most wins.

Western Athletic Conference play picks back up for the second-place Lancers, who will travel to Kansas City and Chicago State for the upcoming week. The Lancers will play the Roos on Feb. 19 at 5 p.m (PST), while the game against the Cougars will be at 10 a.m. (PST) on Feb. 22.
It was a career night all around for the Lancers, as every player that checked into the game scored.
De'jon Davis was one point and one rebound shy of a 20-and-20 finish, posting 19 points and 19 rebounds in 20 minutes of play. The 19 boards by Davis ties his career-high and is the 12th time this season the senior forward has recorded double-digit rebounds.

Ferron Flavors Jr. tied Davis for a game-high 19 points, going 7-12 from the field and 5-10 from beyond the arc.

Micah Robinson scored a career-high 15 points and tied Flavors from beyond the arc with a career-best five threes. Omar Lo found his way into double digits, tying his career-high with 15 points and grabbing a career-high 14 rebounds.

Tre Armstrong was the final Lancer in double figures with 12 points, a career-high seven assists, and five rebounds. Milan Acquaah secured his second straight game with 10 assists, adding six points and seven rebounds to his line.
The Lancers dominated every aspect of the game. They set a new program-record for most rebounds in a single-game (64) and tied the program-record for made threes (19). This is the second straight game the Lancers have made 19 threes.
