49 Lancers Named to All-WAC Academic Team for Fall

ARLINGTON--- The Western Athletic Conference announced the 2022 Academic All-WAC honorees for fall sports, with 49 student-athletes recognized from California Baptist University.
To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have a 3.2 cumulative grade-point average, and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
CBU finished third among the schools within the WAC, with Utah Valley and Utah Tech finishing slightly above them.
Women's Soccer led all Lancers teams, with 12 players being named on the team, with Volleyball and women's cross country finishing behind them with 11 apiece.
Both cross-country teams led the conference in student-athletes who made the All-Academic list.
