CBU Dive Wraps Up 2025 at the Riverside Diving Invite

LOS ANGELES, CA --- California Baptist's dive team resumed action on Saturday with the Riverside Diving Invite, the Lancers' final competition of the calendar year. CBU added another Zone E qualifying score, highlighting a day of diving in Los Angeles.
The Riverside Diving Invite was initially scheduled to take place in Riverside at Riverside Community College, but the event was relocated to Los Angeles, marking UCLA as the new host. Divers from UCLA, San Diego State, and Fresno State were also in the competition.
Senior Bella Reynolds added her second Zone E qualifying score of the week with 236.2 points in platform diving. Reynolds also hit the 1m score earlier this week at the UNLV Winter Invite in Las Vegas.
Reynolds placed fourth in platform diving. Jade Fontenelle placed seventh with 210.1 points, followed by Audrey Easter in ninth with 195.6.
In the men's platform dive, Mario Del Valle finished with 362.5 points.

CBU diving will be back in action January 9 – 11 when they return to Los Angeles for the UCLA Diving Invite.
