Ran in four meets on the season and scored four times for CBU... Earned All-WAC First Team honors with a fourth-place finish at the conference meet... Logged the 11th-best 8K time in CBU history (23:57.8) at the WAC Championships.

Ran in four meets and in three events in his sophomore season... Secured an All-WAC Second Team and fourth-place finish in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:31.27) at the conference meet... Clocked the 10th-best time 10K time (30:27.28) in CBU history at The Sound Meet... Recorded a season-best time of 14:56.92 in the 5K.

Did not compete.

2019-20

2020 Track
Appeared at the RCC Invitational in the shortened season due to the COVID-19 pandemic... Took 12th place in the 3K with a time of 9:00.43, which was good for 12th place.

2019 Cross Country
Competed in five races in 2019... Best 8K time and finish of the season came at the UC Riverside Invitational, where he finished 25th in a time of 24:58.

HIGH SCHOOL

Attended Aizpute Secondary School in Aizpute, Latvia, where he graduated in 2019... Competed for the club team Liepajas rajona Sporta skola... Owns personal bests of 9:15 in the steeplechase and 31:19 in the 10,000 meter... Represented Latvia at the 2018 European U20 Cross Country Championships and at the 2019 European U23 Championships.
