Ran in all five races during senior season ... his best run came at the Highlander Invitational when he ran a 24:42.7 8k, placing fifth in the event.
2017 Cross Country
Took 14th at the 6K Lancer Invitational, helping CBU claim their sixth-straight PacWest title...Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:04.8 at the SF State Invitational, taking 24th overall.
2015-16
Helped CBU win its fifth-straight PacWest XC Championship ...Was named the PacWest Freshman of the Week twice, on Sept. 8 and Oct. 13...Took 19th overall at the PacWest XC Championship with a time of 25:36.2 to earn all-conference honors...Competed at the NCAA Division II West Regional meet, taking 72nd overall...In the spring, ran the 800m, 1500m and 5K events...Took ninth overall at the PacWest 5K Championship.
