2025 Track
- Competed in ten races during the 2025 season
- Set a personal best time of 4:27.54 in the 1500M at the Bob Larsen Invite
- Set a personal best time of 16:01.51 in the 5K at the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Set a personal best time of 34:27.73 in the 10K at the Franson Last Chance Invite
- Won the Individual Title in the Women's 5K at the WAC Championships (16:53.31)
- Was a West Regional Qualifier in the 5K
- Finished 30th in the West Region in the 5K (16:32.44)
- Hold two of the top six best marks in program history in the 5K
2024 Cross Country
- Competed in five races in the 2024 Season
- Set a personal best time of 17:09.6 in the 5K at the Joe Piane Invite
- Set a personal best time of 20:09.2 in the 6K at the UCR Invite
- Named WAC Freshman of the Year and First Team All-WAC
- Earned All-Region for placing 24th at West Regional in the Women's 6K (20:10.4)

- Her mother Roxanne played Soccer at Simon Fraser University and her father Dave played basketball at Simon Fraser University
- Majoring in Exercise Science
- Wants to attend physiotherapy or medical school after graduation
- Enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dog, camping, hiking, biking, skiing, running, baking, and cooking
- Favorite Bible verses are: Psalm 42:1 and Hebrews 12:1-3
