- Swam three seasons under Coach Dave Fritz at Grove City College in Grove City, Pa. from 2011-15
- Earned three All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) awards, including a first-team nod in 2015
- Won 200-yard individual medley at 2015 PAC Championships in 1:54.06
- Also swam leg of conference championship 800-free relay team at 2015 PAC Championships
- Served as Wolverines team captain in 2014-15

- Prepped four varsity seasons at Pine Creek High in Colorado Springs, Colo., where he graduated in 2011
- Set school records in 200 freestyle (1:49.13) and 200-medley relay
