Set a personal-best time of 24.34 in the 50-yard freestyle at the WAC Championships...Also set a new PR in the 100-year freestyle at the CSCAA NIC, touching in 52.09... Earned WAC All-Academic honors.
2020-21
Swam individual and relay freestyle events for CBU... Took 4th in the 200 freestyle (1:51.54), 7th in the 500 freestyle (4:59.45), and 11th in the 1650 freestyle (17:39.68) at the WAC Championships... Helped with the fasted 200 free relay (1:34.76) and 400 free relay (3:27.91) times of the season... Set a new personal-best time in the 100 free (52.30) and the 1650 free (17:39.68)... Earned WAC All-Academic honors.
HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped at Sisters High School in Sisters, Ore., where she graduated in 2020... Set eight school records and won 2020 Oregon State Championship in the 500 free... Named MVP for the Outlaws in 2019 and 2020... Swam club with Bend Swim.
Daughter of Kathleen and Robert Keranen... Has two siblings, Anna and Ella... Sisters Anna Bartlett ran cross country at CBU... Kinesiology major... Plans to go to grad school and get her doctorate in physical therapy after graduation... Revelation 21:4 is her favorite Bible verse.
- Broke into the top ten fastest times for a CBU swimmer in the 200 Freestyle (1:51.25), the 500 Freestyle (4:54.57) and the 1650 Freestyle (17:04.91). Earned WAC All-Academic honors.
