Bio
2024-25
Swam primarily freestyle sprint and butterfly throughout the season. Sofia was individual champion of the 50 free with a time of 22.19 and of the 100 free with a time of 48.76. She earned All WAC honors with her 100 fly race where she finished second with a time of 53.63. She was also a part of the WAC Championshipwinning 200 medley relay race. Sofia made the NCAA swim and dive tournament where she swam the 50 freestyle tying for 34th, the 100 butterfly finishing 50th, and the 100 freestyle where she would come home 74th.
2023-24
Swims primarily sprint freestyle and butterfly events. She broke CBU records for the fastest 50 and 100 free by any CBU female swimmer with a 21.79, 50 meter and a 48.30, 100 meter. Sofia also became WAC Champion in the 50 free and 100 butterfly setting a meet record for the 100 fly with a time of 52.54.
