Aidan Apodaca scored six goals and assisted on one other in two games to help CBU open the year with two big wins, 4-0 over Cal State San Bernardino and 7-0 over Cal State San Marcos. He scored two goals against the Coyotes and then tied a CBU single-game record with four goals against the Cougars. The six goals came on 12 shots, nine of which Apodaca put on goal to boast a .750 shots on goal percentage.
