For the second week in a row, a women's basketball player was named Athlete of the Week, this time with Kamille Diaz grabbing the honor. Diaz helped the Lancers pick up their first PacWest win (69-57) over Dixie State Saturday night. She was second on the team with 15 points and added four assists to her tally. She shot 6-for-12 inside the arc and was 3-of-9 from the perimeter. She also grabbed a team-high four steals in 34 minutes played. Currently, Diaz ranks No. 6 in the conference leader board with 4.0 assists per game and fifth with a 1.7 assists to turnover ratio.
