Caitlyn Lloyd was an All-West Region selection by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association for California Baptist University softball last week. Lloyd is the first all-region pick in NCAA Division I in program history. The junior batted a team-high .331 with seven doubles and three triples along with 21 RBI. Lloyd tied for a team-high with six home runs this season. Lloyd ranked among Western Athletic Conference leaders at second in triples, 10th in homers and 12th in batting average, earning second-team All-WAC accolades.
