RIVERSIDE, Calif. --- California Baptist swept doubles and took care of business with 4 singles wins in its 7-2 win over The Master's in Golden State Athletic Conference play Saturday.
Dunya Wren and Mallory Bailey paired up to take an 8-5 set in the top doubles spot. On singles, each contributed a 6-0, 6-0, win to book-end the field. Sarah Majors and Hillary Kell also combined to capture a doubles win and had a singles win each.
The Lancers improve to 4-3 on the season, 3-3 in conference, with their fourth win in the last 5 matches. The Mustangs fall to 0-7, 0-6 with the loss.
The Lancers next Northern Ohio Monday (Feb. 27) in non-conference action starting at 6 p.m.
