LANCER NOTES
A total of 11 Lancers have earned their spot in the championships, led by defending 100-yard back National Champion Mary Hanson. CBU comes off a strong first-place finish at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, claiming its second consecutive conference championship. Hanson picked up RMAC Swimmer of the Year and Swimmer of the Meet honors — shared with teammate Alena Rumiantceva — and looks to defend her title, which she won in record fashion last year. Joining her in the meet are Kyndal Terwilliger, Hailey Golde, Christina Halverson, Yosita Hapsari, Kylie Mihld, Rumiantceva, Robin Smallwood and Kristina Tchernyschev.
On the diving board, Lauren Skinner and Breanne Schlenger represent the Lancers and hope to build off their one-two finishes at the RMAC Championships. Skinner, who was named the RMAC Diver of the Meet and the Year, comes off first-place finishes on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards at the conference meet.
