MALIBU, Calif. – California Baptist University put on a clinic in a tri-dual against Pepperdine and Air Force Saturday afternoon. The Lancers defeated the Falcons 158.5-141.5 and the Waves 240-57. CBU grabbed a total of 10 first-place finishes on the day.
"We were pretty consistent in our events," Coach Rick Rowland said. "We were really balanced in both swim and dive."
Isabella Rhodes continued a masterful season on Saturday. The sophomore took first in the 50-yard freestyle in 24.11 seconds and then headlined big races for CBU with wins in the 100 free (51.74) and 200 individual medley (2:06.83).
