California Baptist University and Stater Bros Partner for Holiday Ticket Vouchers

RIVERSIDE--- Basketball fans in the Inland Empire can take a family of four to two separate NCAA Division I CBU Lancer Basketball games for just $2 per ticket over the upcoming holiday season.
With students home for the break, families can experience the thrill of college basketball up close and courtside when the Lancers take on Western Kentucky on Tuesday, December 19th, and Chicago State on Wednesday, December 27th. Fans only need to pick up the special ticket voucher at Stater Bros. newest Riverside location at 7200 Arlington in Riverside (Corner of Van Buren and Arlington Ave.) and access the ticket offer from the QR code on the voucher while supplies last. No purchase is required. Fans can access 1-4 tickets for both games as they choose.
Western Kentucky will be the first matchup for CBU in what will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs. The Hilltoppers hail from Bowling Green, Kentucky, and are members of Conference USA. The Hilltoppers are 6-3 on the season and will be the first matchup for CBU in the CUSA-WAC Scheduling Initiative.
The Chicago State Cougars are an old adversary of the Lancers, having spent four seasons together in the WAC from 2018-2022. The Lancers hold the all-time series over the Cougars 5-1, including a perfect 3-0 mark in Riverside.
The Lancers are 6-2 on the season, the program's second-best starting mark since transitioning to DI in 2018, and are currently third in the Western Athletic Conference standings. CBU boasts a 144-34 home record since 2013 under Head Coach Rick Croy and has recorded five home wins already in 2023-24.
Both games will tip-off at 7 pm at the Dale E. & Sarah Ann Fowler Events Center. Parking is free in the East Parking Structure, located adjacent to the Fowler Events Center.
