
Mueller Signs First Team Contract with LAFC

LOS ANGELES – Less than two months after signing with LAFC2, California Baptist University alum Luis Mueller has been promoted full-time to the first team, LAFC. The Los Angeles Football Club signed the recent Lancer to a professional contract for the remainder of the 2024 season, with options for the 2025 and 2026 seasons.
Mueller had been splitting time between LAFC2 and LAFC over recent weeks, making an immediate impact at both levels. In five matches at the MLS NEXT Pro level, Mueller netted five goals and assisted on two more. He has already seen the pitch four times with the top club, coming on as a substitute each time, in critical matches against Nashville, New York, Portland, and El Traffico versus the LA Galaxy.
