Took 2nd place in the 1650 freestyle (17:04.23) and 6th in the 500 freestyle (4:58.35) in WAC Champions... Set the best marks of the season in the 1000 free (10:18.72) and the 1650 freestyle in that WAC Championship race... Qualified for WAC All-Academic Team.
2019-20
Clocked career best in 400 IM (4:33.17)... Finished runner-up in 1000 free (10:23.61) in tri-dual with CSU Bakersfield and Pomona-Pitzer... Placed second in 1650 free (17:47.51) and 500 free (5:10.36) against Incarnate Word... Came in second in 500 free (4:55.61), 1650 free (16:53.66) and fourth in 500 free (4:57.29) at UNLV Invite... Took third in 1650 free (16:53.60) at Pepperdine Winter Invite...Named to Academic All-WAC Team.
Named CSCAA All-American honorable mention after taking 10th in the 1,000 free (10:12.47) at the National Invitational Championships... Took fourth in the 1650 free (16:51.99) at the WAC Championships... Swam the 10th-fastest time in CBU history in the 200 butterfly (2:05.02)... Won a total of four events on the season with a win in the 200 fly (Pomona-Pitzer) and the 500 free (Lancer Swim/Dive Invitational), and two wins in the 1,000 free (Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, UC San Diego)... Finished eighth in the 500 free (5:04.76) and 16th in the 200 fly (2:11.91) at the WAC Championships... Swam the 800-free relay (19th, 7:35.02); 1650 free (24th, 17:20.51); 200 fly (38th, 2:11.09) and 500 free (45th, 5:04.92) at the CSCAA NIC... Named WAC Swimmer of the Week on January 22nd.
Won the NCAA Division II title in the 500-yard freestyle in 4:47.14... Voted RMAC Freshman of the Year... Added three more All-American awards with top-four finishes in the 1650 free (second, 16:30.27); 200 butterfly (third, 2:00.19) and 1000 free (fourth, 9:55.88)... Earned All-American honorable mention with an 11th-place swim in the 800-free relay (7:28.06)... Set new CBU records in the 500 free, 1650 free and 800-free relay at NCAAs... 2017-18CBU secured a fourth-place finish at its first-ever WAC Championship meet. A trio of third-place finishes from Rebeca Oviedo, Buse Topcu and Isabella Rhodes were the biggest point scorers for the Lancers on Saturday.
