Matthew Frappier was hired as California Baptist University baseball's Director of Operations in July of 2022. He previously served as the Director of Operations at Oklahoma Christian, his alma mater.
Frappier played a Oklahoma Christian from 2016 to 2020 before shoulder surgery and the COVID-19 pandemic ended his career. He went on to serve as a graduate assistant at OCU in 2021 and then Director of Baseball Operations in 2022. He earned an undergraduate degree in sports management and an MBA in leadership and organizational design from Oklahoma Christian.
