•   Ran one season of track at NCAA Division I Grambling State University
RIVERSIDE CC
•   Ran two seasons of cross country and two seasons of track for head coach Jim McCarron at Riverside Community College
•   Was the Orange Empire Conference champion in the 800 and 1,500 in track, clocking the fourth fastest time in the state in the 1,500
•   Earned All-OEC honors and was named OEC Track Athlete of the Year
•   Qualified for state in the 1,500 as a freshman and was named All-OEC second team

•   Prepped four varsity seasons for head coach Aron Lyons at Desert Hot Springs (Calif.) High, graduating in 2008
•   Was a CIF qualifier in cross country as a sophomore
•   Was a three-time CIF qualifier in the 800 in track
•   Won the DeAnza League title in the 800 and 4x400 as a junior
