Both Soca and Karinauskaite earned All-American status, marking the first time in program history that multiple athletes have earned All-American status on the National stage. The Lancers collected five All-WAC nominees as well in 2024, including two Individual Champions and four First Team selections.
During her first Cross Country Season with CBU, the men's team would win its fourth straight WAC Championships and the women would bring home their sixth straight top 2 finish. The Lancers would also earn both its men's and women's teams to Nationals for the first time where they placed 16th and 17th respectively.

During the 2021-22 cross country and track & field season at North Florida, Hirneisen assisted in producing four event winners, as well as 11 All-ASUN placements, highlighted by helping the men's cross country team win the ASUN Championship in the fall. She also aided athletes from both teams to multiple records and accomplishments, personal-best times, and conference award recognitions.
Hirneisen brings a lot to the table from her time as a successful collegiate runner at Liberty. When she was a team captain during her junior year, she was selected second-team All-Conference in cross country.
Throughout college she had three years of experience as a student worker for Division I and High School track meets, and has put in hours of community service for maintenance and upkeeping at the Liberty Track and Field Indoor Complex. She also worked at the U.S. Naval Academy Track and Field camp.
She was also selected to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll in 2018 and the ASUN Academic Honor Roll in 2019 and 2020.
