• Prepped three varsity seasons in volleyball and basketball at Norco High, where he graduated in 2010
• Was named to Big 8 League first team all three seasons, first-team All-CIF in 2009 and 2010, All-State in 2010
• Guided Cougars to CIF Championships and 67-3 combined record in 2009 and 2010
