True freshman Christian Nunez put together a breakthrough week for California Baptist University wrestling. The 133-pounder won his match in a dual against Cal Poly on a 7-5 decision, and then went 3-0 and won all of his matches with pins to capture the 133-pound title at the California Collegiate Open.
